Praeditis Group (“Praeditis” or the “Company”) is a business and capital markets advisory working with foundations and endowments, family offices, asset owners, fund managers, and corporates in in traditional and social markets.  The Company works with clients seeking to incorporate and expand their own operations in Sustainability, ESG, Impact strategies as well as, problem solve in traditional business models specific to strategic planning, corporate and business development, and visibility/communications campaigns/investor relations.  Praeditis’s expertise extends to the public and private capital markets, including Sustainable Finance and Permanent Private Capital.  Praeditis Group is based in the USA.

Purpose

Praeditis Group is dedicated to the full spectrum of traditional to social impact capital and ensuring that organizations have the understanding and full range of scope of evolving from a linear economy company to a circular economy company. Praeditis Group is guiding multiple organizations to incorporate social capital into their assets under management.

Summary

Robert Sterling Clark Foundation is committed to leadership development, diversity/equity/inclusion and issues of social justice. The foundation is expected to allocate a certain amount of the endowment's assets to impact investments by 2023-2025.

Activities & Initiatives

The Robert Sterling Clark Foundation is working with our investment consultant to identify impact investment opportunities, as well as like-minded foundation partners working in this investment niche.  The Investment Committee, of which I Chair, is dedicated to leveraging the endowment's assets to further advance our mission to social justice issues of inclusion, access, gender and race equality, and provisions for basic needs and services to our communities in metro New York City.  We advance grassroot leadership in these area in order to further advance the mission of the foundation and leverage the commitment to our community and create strong networks for the next generations.   We expect to measure our impact with key metrics of economic ratios,  community reach, quality of life and numbers of those served in the community.   The foundation is committed to leveraging our assets in areas of social justice.   We will work to set an example and collaborate with foundations dedicated to impact.

Measures & Targets

The Robert Sterling Clark Foundation will measure success by establishing a baseline of key metrics of economic ratios,  community reach, quality of life and numbers of those served in the community.   We will measure this strategy over a multi year period.
