This massive asset class (with a total asset value exceeding $250B and housing over 20 million Americans) is antiquated and suffers from limited data availability and high barriers to invest. Parker allows individuals and institutions to invest in fractional shares of mobile home parks, increasing accessibility to passive income investing.
