Methodology:

In virtual mode, interaction spaces are generated in which specific tools are used to stimulate the participation of the attendees, inviting them to apply them to their personal, professional and organizational reality, applying the principles of Andragogy (Education for adults). The dynamics of the workshops allow the mental models of the participants to "come to light", so that at the individual and group level, points of improvement can be established, making them responsible for their personal learning process, in such a way that can become a pillar for the development of a personal improvement process. With the help of Neurolinguistic Programming tools, such as “experience clusters” and the establishment of “anchors”, the memory and learning curves are increased. The creation of bonding relationships between the facilitator and the participants (“pacing”) generates an atmosphere of healthy camaraderie that enhances the growth process of all those involved.
