Summary

As engaged investors in companies with hard assets, Ocean Park Investments is committed to holding our portfolio companies accountable for good governance, stakeholder wellness and the proper utilization of resources. With each new company engagement, we will target a 2-year commitment expressing our views to all stakeholders.

Activities & Initiatives

Ocean Park Investments focuses its investments in the industrial-related industries, primarily in North America. Sub-sectors include manufacturing technology, air freight & logistics, energy infrastructure, aerospace & defense, etc. Ocean Park Investments’ activities will include being a vocal and engaged shareholder in all appropriate private and public communication outlets and, in rare cases, working with other shareholders and perhaps fellow Council members seeking proxy contests if we oppose current actions of company management or its board of directors.

Measures & Targets

We will measure progress based on what our companies are disclosing, the impact such disclosures have on profitability and what can be done to improve such disclosures and profitability. Ocean Park Investments’ key measure will be a more valuable company than when we first purchased shares of the company based on its profitability, equitable governance, stakeholder wellness and how they properly utilize their resources.
