We provide equity investments and management support to folks who want to acquire and run existing small businesses. We believe this is a sustainable path to reduce wealth disparities in our society and is a path that can naturally lead us to an evolving ecosystem that has a lasting impact on our communities.

Summary

We are focused on closing the racial wealth gap by providing resources and capital to under-represented entrepreneurs to acquire existing small businesses. We plan to initially support at least 30 under-represented entrepreneurs over a 5 year period.

Activities & Initiatives

Our commitment is to "Prosperity (Employment and Wealth Generation" and People (Dignity and Equality), aligned with SDG 10. At New Majority Capital, we are focused on closing the racial and gender wealth gap by providing resources and capital to BIPOC and Women entrepreneurs to enable them to own small business "assets" as a way to generate inter-generational wealth. We then focus on making these entrepreneurs LPs in a pay it forward evergreen fund.
