We provide equity investments and management support to folks who want to acquire and run existing small businesses. We believe this is a sustainable path to reduce wealth disparities in our society and is a path that can naturally lead us to an evolving ecosystem that has a lasting impact on our communities.
Purpose
Our goal is to close the wealth gap by making small business “asset” ownership available to folks from under-served communities.
Alignment with Guiding Principles
At the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, we invite companies of all sizes, industries, and geographies to champion our Guiding Principles for Inclusive Action and demonstrate how they contribute to meaningful change. To ensure alignment with our principles, our members are assessed by at least one reporting body, sustainability-related certificate, benchmark, rating agency or similar organization.
