Founded by Yurdanur Semerci in 2009, LinkUS provides strategic communication services to its customers with its team of senior communication consultants experienced in reputation management. It provides services to different sectors, primarily the finance, telecommunications, insurance and health sectors.

Purpose

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY MANAGEMENT

  • Establishing corporate social responsibility structure by analyzing the objectives of the institution, the reality of the country and our societal values, creating the road map and process management
  • Developing sustainable, innovative and differentiated project proposals that will support the corporational reputation
  • Determining the stakeholder map
  • Extending the awareness of projects within the company by working in coordination with internal communication
  • Carrying out impact analysis and evaluation for projects
  • Activity recommendations to raise public awareness about the projects
  • Sharing the social impacts of the projects with the public through media relations

INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Searching and recommending international platforms to present the company’s projects
  • Collaborating with the appropriate universities, institutions and organizations through Linkus USA in order to position the companies for sharing their projects in the international arena
  • Developing relationships with think tanks, non-governmental organizations and councils and managing collaborations
  • Project management with different units of the United Nations

AWARD MANAGEMENT

  • Examination of existing projects and products of the companies with regards to national and international arenas, sector and country agenda and also company priorities
  • Searching for national and international award platforms suitable for the companies’ reputation
  • Award process management
  • Preparation of all content and documents for the award process
  • Application and follow-up of the process

  • Investigation and evaluation of innovative sponsorship opportunities that support the brand image and parallel to the corporate culture

  • Effective sponsorship management in order to get maximum benefit from the agreements made
  • Strengthening work with creative organizations and media relations
  • Sharing the works carried out with the media and the public

  • Managing national and international media relations
  • Creation of communication strategy
  • Preparation of target press lists
  • Determining the messages to be given to the press
  • Ensuring the relationship management between the spokespersons of the institution and the press; strengthening relations between spokespersons and target press members through informal events from time to time
  • Deciding on the timing of press releases in line with the needs, writing, serving to the press, ensuring their publication
  • Special news studies, answering questions from the press
  • Press conferences, press tours, press visits, launching.

Summary

Linkus will support 429,180 women to be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to strengthen their socio-economic status and facilitate them to take an active role in economic development by 2024.

Activities & Initiatives

Linkus will carry out studies such as comprehensive capacity building trainings, local and regional collaborations, mentoring support, Grant Program, scholarship support, internship opportunities.

Measures & Targets

The social impact of all activities carried out within the scope of the project will be measured using the “Social Impact On Investment – SROI” methodology. 429,180 women will be reached.
