Leader Éveillé | Council for Inclusive Capitalism

Leader Éveillé is a non-profit social enterprise. Two co-founders are at the origin: Céline Charron and Lucie Lacroix. They are also supported by Gilles Massicotte. Our team is surrounded by experienced consultants. They are world-renowned experts of practice, all driven by the same desire to introduce leaders to the benefits of mindfulness and ethics for a better world.

The pandemic has made us realize that, we, as humans, are at a turning point in our history. More than ever, it has become necessary to evolve collectively towards a more conscious, more ethical world and leaders certainly have an important role to play...for the benefit of all people, our communities, and the planet.

Purpose

The « Leader Éveillé » program – meaning Awakened Leader – was born out of a genuine desire to share profoundly transformative learnings and, in so doing, to help many leaders discover and nurture their inner resources.

Exploring spirituality at the heart of leadership. Choosing the path towards conscious and ethical business, a conscious and compassionate workplace. We support leaders willing to become the best of who they are, conscious, compassionate and ethical.

"Leader Éveillé" reaches out to leaders who are willing to make a positive impact in their team, in their organization, in their community and in the world.
