Summary

Kirchhoff commits to affirming integrity within its employees by requiring their adherence to a comprehensive Code of Conduct and offering mandatory training on its policies by the end of 2025.

Activities & Initiatives

Have KC employees agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct as a condition of their employment, must complete a mandatory training on the Code and participate in regular trainings. Include further sustainability topics into Code of Conduct.

Measures & Targets

100% of KC employees are required to complete our Code of Conduct training and complete an acknowledgment of the related policies at the latest by 2025.

Summary

Kirchhoff supports diversity and aims to maintain a tolerant and inclusive working atmosphere by offering training on anti-discriminatory behavior and upholding at least 50% female representation in the Executive Committee by 2030.

Activities & Initiatives

Attract and retain diverse employees representing an inclusive and multicultural society of equal opportunities and tolerance. Increase female representation at all hierarchical levels even further. Recruit diverse talents with the help of structured HR protocols and anonymized application to eliminate bias from the recruiting process. Hold trainings on anti-harassment, cultural awareness, and unconscious bias for all employees. Offer mobile working and other forms of flexibility in the workplace to improve employee satisfaction and sustainability.

Measures & Targets

Achieve 50 % female representation in the Executive Committee. Increase share of female board members until 2030. Maintain 50 % average female representation among new hires.
