We believe it is vital to state clearly to the world the set of our beliefs about Inclusive Capitalism. As such, we start with our Statement of Guiding Principles for Inclusive Capitalism. Knowing that words alone are not enough, each of us is making a series of commitments about how we will operate our institutions so that they help achieve Inclusive Capitalism. These commitments are forward-looking statements based on current goals, expectations and assumptions, which are not guarantees of future performance. Isolfin will harmonize the conditions for annual leave across all worldwide branches, in order to provide all employees with a fair amount of free time to devote to family and personal development.

Activities & Initiatives

We want to create an environment in which employees are respected and valued. Work is a part of each of us, but free time is an expression of personality and we want to make sure that all our workers enjoy a fair amount of free time, regardless of the geographic area in which they operate.

Measures & Targets

Have the same annual leave benefits for all workers in each of the 14 countries in which we operate by 2025.

SDG Focus Area(s):

Isolfin will open, by 2025, an academy devoted to professional training. Employee will have the opportunity to extend their skills to other areas, grow and, eventually, change responsibilities should they wish to.

Activities & Initiatives

Choosing a job can be a choice for life. Sometime is successful, sometimes it is not. It does not have to be and every person has the right to change to find his/her own path. We want to offer our employees the opportunity to explore other jobs and other responsibilities and, if they feel more fulfilled, to change position.

Measures & Targets

Offer professional training in several energy-related jobs and responsibilities, by opening a professional academy by 2025 in one of the countries in which we operate. Our target is to include 100 candidates from the first year.
