We partner with forward-thinking organisations to transform the way they reach, attract, and engage the future of their organisations, and provide tools and resources to help job seekers access information and opportunities.

Purpose

inploi’s mission is to connect the world’s workforce and its employers, helping people to obtain information, to advertise and access job opportunities and, ultimately, to help companies and people to be better informed and more successful.

By rebuilding the online infrastructure that powers access to employment opportunities, inploi is focused on enhanced accessibility, knowledge sharing, and workforce mobility. We seek to empower workers and good employers to connect as seamlessly as possible, however they access the internet.

Summary

Inploi is committed to expanding into the USA, bringing our solutions to a market in need of improved jobs technology/access by completing the feasibility evaluation and market entry plan by December 31 2022.

Activities & Initiatives

To better understand the requirements for entering the USA and to develop a plan to achieve this we are currently engaged in a broad research exercise, evaluating the market opportunity, legal consideration, personnel needs, office location, investment required and other considerations.

Measures & Targets

inploi will measure success by:

completing market research exercise by October 2022
identifying and securing key hires by December 2022
securing necessary funding by January 2023
launching in the USA by March 2023

Summary

inploi will promote enhanced access to job opportunities and economic inclusion by accelerating investment into the distribution of our technology with the goal of reaching 7,000,000 job seekers by December 2023.

Activities & Initiatives

inploi is allocating funds for investment in accelerating the distribution of our technology, with at least $750K allocated for US expansion in 2023. We will continue to focus our attention on reaching and improving the experience of applying for a job for people in historically 'blue collar'/ underserved-by-technology industries.

Measures & Targets

inploi will measure progress by tracking the number of individuals positively impacted with a goal of reaching 7,000,000 job seekers by December 2023.

Summary

inploi is committed to addressing bias and exclusion for job applicants by reviewing all opportunity distribution and applicant experiences by end January 2023.

Activities & Initiatives

To ensure maximum accessibility and bias-reduced hiring we will institute and diversity & inclusion review of our job distribution and user experiences.

Measures & Targets

inploi will measure success of the research phase by the completion of the review, with concrete deliverables and interventions, by the end of January 2023/ ready for implementation February 2023.
