Holding Space will promote holistic health and well-being programs for 100% of staff by implementing conscious contracts, a strategy of self-awareness, plus "buddy" accountability measures for all employees and their family members by Jan 2022.

Activities & Initiatives

Promote holistic well-being throughout the organization through the integration of Human Design and Integrated Development strategies

Measures & Targets

Phase 1

  • Circulate an anonymous self-survey of 100% of team members to gauge their current state of mental and physical well-being by August 2021
  • Partner with conscious contract lawyers in Sept 2021 to assist with program implementation and holistic well-being awareness training

Phase 2

  • Implement the “Check Six” buddy program, which is a mechanism to ensure community compliance around the well-being of the collective group. We will essentially pair team members up as a conduit to report stress levels of co-team members commencing in Oct 2021
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of programs
  • Partner with clinical and recreational facilities to create safe spaces for team members to visit at their leisure by Jan 2022
  • Hire and appoint morale, welfare, and recreational specialist by October 2021
