Hispanic Wealth provides culturally-inclusive financial education to businesses and individuals. We empower people to take control of their finances by providing them with the education, motivation, and access to competitive financial services to help them achieve financial prosperity.

Purpose

We empower people to take control of their finances.

We are a diverse, highly skilled, like-minded team that came together under a common goal; intervene and fundamentally break the vicious cycle of precarity and financial exclusion which is prevalent at the base of the pyramid where Latinos and African Americans are over-represented. We are all focused on making financial education simple and reachable for the common folk. We are sensitive to the importance that culture plays in building long-term wealth.

We recognize that every person is at a different moment in their financial journey, their needs are unique, yet age cohorts follow certain saving and spending patterns. We help our clients understand where they are in their journey and provide each individual with a sequence of learning outcomes and financial milestones that makes sense for them.

We believe it is vital to state clearly to the world the set of our beliefs about Inclusive Capitalism. As such, we start with our Statement of Guiding Principles for Inclusive Capitalism. Knowing that words alone are not enough, each of us is making a series of commitments about how we will operate our institutions so that they help achieve Inclusive Capitalism. These commitments are forward-looking statements based on current goals, expectations and assumptions, which are not guarantees of future performance. Summary

Hispanic Wealth will promote financial inclusion among minorities by providing financial literacy to 10,000 adults by 2022

Objectives

Provide the motivation, financial education and access to competitive financial services in Hispanic communities to drive financial inclusion. We believe that a financial education is a first step against an economy of exclusion. When we control our own finances, we bring forth the joy of living

Metrics & Targets

Provide financial education to 10,000 adults of Hispanic origin by 2022 by partnering with at least 50 employers and faith-based institutions.

This format has more impact when collaborating with employers and faith-based institutions serving their communities. Our financial content serves as the foundation of the program. We provide the knowledge, and the church provides the encouragement to use it. We inspire the person, and the employer provides the group motivation and strength in numbers.
