High Touch Investor Relations
High Touch Investor Relations (HTIR) is a boutique Investor Relations firm based in New York. HTIR provides both investor relations services to public companies and capital raising consulting and services for private companies. In the public markets, HTIR provides Investor Relations services through its proprietary 5-step transformative IR Plan, to aid in successfully navigating the capital markets to achieve fair equity valuation.  In the private markets, HTIR works primarily with small company founders and executives to develop capital raising strategies and raise growth capital which ultimately leads to job and wealth creation.

Purpose

To provide businesses with the tools to successfully navigate the capital markets, achieve fair valuation in the equity markets, raise growth capital to expand businesses, and ultimately lead to job and wealth creation for several stakeholder groups.

High Touch Investor Relations (HTIR) is a boutique professional services firm that provides actionable capital markets solutions for public companies, as well as founders of private companies.  For both public and private issuers, HTIR provides high level strategic financial advice as well as assisting management with “investor match making”.  This helps ensure companies are paired with an optimal investor base thereby enabling them to adequately fund their growth strategies.

In addition to providing investor relations services to companies, HTIR also works with small, early-stage company founders and executives to build their financial literacy, and in many cases, raise growth capital which ultimately leads to job and wealth creation.  HTIR, preferring to work with founders that contribute to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, provides high value for its clients and investors alike.

We believe it is vital to state clearly to the world the set of our beliefs about Inclusive Capitalism. As such, we start with our Statement of Guiding Principles for Inclusive Capitalism. Knowing that words alone are not enough, each of us is making a series of commitments about how we will operate our institutions so that they help achieve Inclusive Capitalism. Summary

HTIR will promote equal economic opportunity by coaching, guiding, and, in some cases, providing early-stage capital to at least 20 companies by the year 2023. At least half of these companies should be run by women and/or underrepresented founders.

Activities & Initiatives

To provide high-level strategy and analysis to companies and founders to help achieve fair valuation and the full growth potential of their business by working hand-in-glove with CEOs and founders to create actionable strategies.  HTIR strives to “be of service” rather than “sell a service”, working to inform people rather than sell to people.  In conjunction with this goal, HTIR looks to provide its services to Women and Minority-owned and led businesses that historically have had less access to capital with the end goal of broadening access to funding to grow their business and create jobs. HTIR looks to educate people on financial literacy and the many diversified avenues for capital raising in the public and private markets, part of which will be done through an educational course that provides founders and existing businesses with the information needed to take the next steps in their capital raising journey.

Measures & Targets

  • Help coach, guide, and in some cases provide early-stage capital or direct connections to seed investments to at least 20 companies by the year 2023.  At least half of these companies should be run by women and/or underrepresented founders.
  • By the end of 2021, HTIR will launch the first in a series of digital courses to provide tools to early-stage founders to successfully navigate the capital markets, providing them the opportunity to raise funds for their company to create jobs and grow their brands.  Founders, as well as Angel investors (and aspiring angels), will be able to access free resources and education as well as paid workshops.
