Harpalium is an organization committed to developing sustainable solutions for pressing global challenges, particularly those faced by refugees and marginalized communities. Our multidisciplinary team focuses on socio-economics, infrastructure development, and innovative technology to create projects that empower individuals and promote inclusive growth. We work closely with our sister organizations, ATLANTE and Forest Maker, to amplify our impact. ATLANTE focuses on building sustainable financial infrastructure in refugee camps, using in-depth research and collaboration with local communities to create tailored solutions that address the unique needs of refugees and host communities. Forest Maker is dedicated to financial infrastructure for reforestation and the preservation of ecosystems capital allocation, working to combat climate change and promote environmental sustainability through the planting of trees and the implementation of sustainable land management practices.
Our work includes: Conducting research on inequality, decentralized financial infrastructures (DeFIs), and sustainable economic growth models to understand the challenges faced by refugees and marginalized communities. Developing and implementing infrastructure projects that leverage technology to improve access to resources, enhance connectivity, and promote entrepreneurship for refugees and host communities. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, such as governments, NGOs, and private sector partners, to promote inclusive capitalism and drive meaningful change. As a member of the Council for Inclusive Capitalism, Harpalium, along with ATLANTE and Forest Maker, seeks to contribute its expertise in creating sustainable, inclusive solutions and collaborate with other members to work towards a more inclusive, prosperous future for all.
