COMVIVE designs and develops energy-efficient and thermally comfortable homes that reduce environmental impact throughout their useful life, as well as contribute to reducing the emission of greenhouse gases (GHG) during the construction process. Additionally, its houses generate monthly savings in electricity bills, gas and water services. The company’s value offering differentiates within the housing sector in Mexico, due to its strong commitment to sustainable urban development, improving people's quality of life and reducing its environmental impact in the long term. The Company was founded in 2014 under the vision of becoming the best team creating sustainable communities in Mexico. It has presence in five states of the Mexican Republic, has developed 21 housing developments and has more than 3,700 homes delivered to date. 82.7% of all homes are for the social segment, 11.9% in the middle segment and 5.4% in the upper middle segment, reflecting our vision in creating communities in the social, middle and upper middle segments.

COMVIVE seeks to promote the social and economic inclusion, including clients, suppliers and the surrounding communities. The company will invest between 3% and 8% of its total investment for the creation of equipment that promotes quality of life through social programs in favor of the socioeconomic development of the people living within the project or in neighboring communities.
