ClimateScience is a youth-led global charity led by hundreds of driven volunteers from 40 countries and a small team of staff. We aim to make climate education engaging, accessible and reliable. We do this by developing content in different formats (courses, kids' books, animated videos, social media, classroom activities, workshops, competition) that cater to a wide variety of audiences (students, teachers, schools, corporates).
Purpose
Our vision is to make the transition to a sustainable future actionable through solutions-focused climate education. Through free education and by encouraging solutions-oriented thinking, ClimateScience hopes to empower people around the world to bring about a more sustainable future. Specifically, we aim to empower youth all over the world by providing them with:
- Credible, easy-to-understand and free resources on climate change and its solutions
- A platform for proposing novel solutions to climate challenges
- Access to experts and mentorship opportunities for future climate careers
- A supportive community that sustains motivation and action
