Blue Medium will commit to share our values in the early stages of new business discussions, in order to confirm that we are aligned and can represent the client with confidence and care, guided by our strategic plan and progress reports as discussed in yearly innovation retreats (details below).
Blue Medium will commit to engage and work with like-minded, values- driven clients who have diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of their organizational culture, and who also demonstrate an awareness or commitment to local and global climate crisis concerns. Actions that Blue Medium intends to take to fulfill this commitment include actively pursuing clients with like-minded, values-driven approaches to their company programs/initiatives and organizational culture. We will continue to represent clients that have social justice initiatives embedded in their programming. Every summer, Blue Medium holds an innovation retreat, the work of which is to discuss our strategic plan and progress report in regards to DEI of our practice and our clients'. We usually spend into the Fall activating any innovations or revisions that need to be made to our procedures and organizational behaviors. We assess before end-of-year, by mid-December.
Blue Medium will measure success by evaluating our client relationships during new business development and throughout the working relationship. A lot of this information is confidential to our business, because it also involves an assessment of our clients, but we would be able to make some of our key findings available to the Council.
