Founded by Alexandre Mars in 2014, Blisce is the first B Corp-certified transatlantic growth stage venture capital fund, focused on backing mission-driven global consumer brands and technology companies across the US & Europe. Since its inception, Blisce has backed 21 companies such as Spotify, Pinterest, Headspace Health, Too Good To Go, Dice and Brut. with 7 exits. In 2021 alone, two of Blisce's portfolio companies - Imperfect Foods & Brut. - received BCorp certification joining Too Good To Go. Giving back to the community is also at the core of Blisce and each team member donates 20% of their carried interest to social causes and annually dedicates 5% of their time to charitable causes.

Blisce seeks to promote a sustainable finance model of venture capital. Beyond providing financial support, Blisce also helps its portfolio companies develop and implement strong environmental, social, and governance practices that will help them be more resilient and advantaged.

We believe it is vital to state clearly to the world the set of our beliefs about Inclusive Capitalism. As such, we start with our Statement of Guiding Principles for Inclusive Capitalism. Knowing that words alone are not enough, each of us is making a series of commitments about how we will operate our institutions so that they help achieve Inclusive Capitalism. These commitments are forward-looking statements based on current goals, expectations and assumptions, which are not guarantees of future performance.
