Blisce seeks to promote a sustainable finance model of venture capital. Beyond providing financial support, Blisce also helps its portfolio companies develop and implement strong environmental, social, and governance practices that will help them be more resilient and advantaged.
Each staff member will donate 20% of their carried interest to Epic Foundation and its beneficiaries at each fund exit. This will be measured at the time of each exit of the fund. We will track how much was donated to Epic at the time of each exit of a portfolio company.
Blisce employees track their volunteering hours on a monthly basis. Blisce will measure progress by tracking the number of volunteer hours on a quarterly basis with the objective that as a collective team we will serve 1,620 hours in the community on an annual basis.
Recognizing it will take alignment of all our organizations to scale impact globally, we invite you to join the movement as a Steward of Inclusive Capitalism. Together, the collective action of Council members will contribute to a fairer, more inclusive and sustainable future for all people and our planet.
