Boababooks Education Sàrl is a Geneva, Switzerland-registered social impact company. Created in partnership with an experienced team of educators and talent digital imagineers, the Baobabooks platform is a rich and guided environment where children and teens can write, illustrate and publish their own books. At the same time, the platform simplifies teacher workload while enabling their creativity. Available in six languages and with more planned in the near future, Baobabooks supports project-based learning and support classroom-based and remote teaching and learning of life-critical literacy skills. The platform supports collaborations across counters, oceans and cultures to allow students to learn form each other and collaborate to create a book. Baobabooks works to support the UN's sustainable development goal (SDG) 4: "Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all". In addition to scale more quickly and have a broader impact and engagement, the company also support SDG 17: "Strengthen the means of implementation the SGDs through partnerships".
