We will measure our success by tracking the percentage of our work that is dedicated to supporting organizations developing strategic, comprehensive approaches to an engaged, diverse workforce. Using weekly documentation and quarterly assessments, we will be able to refine our approach and build on lessons learned. In addition, we will continue to collect client feedback at the end of each project, and invite our clients to offer insights, or to share their progress in growing a strong, diverse workforce and leadership.
Recognizing it will take alignment of all our organizations to scale impact globally, we invite you to join the movement as a Steward of Inclusive Capitalism.
