Aequales is a gender equality and diversity consultancy firm based in Latin America. We have won several entrepreneurship prizes (Ventures 2014, PUCP 2015, In-Pactamos 2016, UN ODS, StartUP Peru, MIT Innovation Challenge) and are currently a stable growing business. We created PAR, the first Corporate Gender Equality Ranking, a one-of-its-kind measurement tool that promotes gender equality conditions in corporations. We deliver data for the creation of evidence-based public-policy for gender equality through our public sector and academia allies, as well as free reports for all corporations measuring themselves yearly. We have measured over 2000 corporations in Latin America. We created Comunidad PAR, a community of corporations that promote gender equality in our countries, committed with measuring and increasing gender equality indicators and sharing good practices.

Our services allow organizations to develop safe and inclusive workspaces that promote productivity, by involving diversity as a transversal axis in strategic processes and, in turn, increasing the loyalty of work teams. From our understanding there are deep inequalities in Latin America, which must be addressed through awareness, practices, actions, and persistence. Aequales Latin America provides training, consultancy, certification, and workforce community development. Our annual PAR ranking is a free annual, comparative, and confidential measurement of policies and processes that measures the status of your organization's policies and processes of gender equality and corporate diversity.

Aequales is committed to advancing gender equality and diversity in corporations increasing 3 points on their general average score on PAR Ranking 2025.

Activities & Initiatives

Through our annual PAR Ranking, Aequales measures hundreds of corporations in 18+ countries on gender equality and diversity conditions. It is our own benchmark, leading to closing gender gaps in corporate Latin America. The average score is 50%, we will strive for 53%, understanding the pace at which they advance.

Measures & Targets

Aequales will measure success by comparing the total average score of corporations in PAR Ranking 2022 with those of the next measurement, 2025. We publish a public report every Ranking so it will be public.
