Founded in 1997, Ad Maiora is a new media agency specialized in Digital Marketing and development of integrated projects. With profound experience gained in more than 23 years working alongside the biggest Italian and International companies, we offer a complete and personalized range of services to help our clients reach their growth goals. Our communication projects start from the passion that we put into assisting our clients in navigating through dramatically shaping digital disruption.  We have created a business model that allows us to manage 360° of our clients’ digital strategies, tailored to their needs and goals. Through a daily analysis of the complex and fast evolving online sector we guide our clients through digitalization by re-evaluating their goals, methods and technologies, and helping them to adapt new strategies quickly in order to thrive.  We have been one of the first companies in Italy to deal with web 2.0, creating and providing consultancy for numerous successful businesses. Reduction of carbon emission by actively promoting sustainable electric transportation.

Measures & Targets

We are dedicated to taking steps towards sustainable and green initiatives. To promote the reduction of carbon emission and prioritize environmentally friendly sustainable transportation Ad Maiora purchased an electric corporate car with the aim to use it for meetings with clients around the city.  We believe that incorporating Hybrid Working protocol, that implies our employees working remotely 70% of the time will positively contribute to even further reduction of our carbon footprint.

Ad Maiora commits to female empowerment, leading and promoting women with an inclusive approach.

Measures & Targets

We believe in equal opportunities, focusing on achievements rather than gender differentiation, and recognize the importance of eliminating the pay gap. We promote an inclusive workforce that supports meaningful jobs with equal pay for work of equal value. With a culturally sensitive and attentive approach being our priority, we will contract 50% women providing equal pay across all departments by 2021.

By embracing technology we will drive our business efforts and innovations across the industry to accelerate digital transition with a sustainable approach.

Measures & Targets

As longtime participants in the digital industry, we are continuing our shift towards advancement of technology and reducing paper use as much as possible in our business processes. We have invested in IT and AI tech solutions, we use E-Signature and Digital Identity for necessary administrative actions. And with Italian Government taking steps to further develop e-government features, we hope to further decrease our paper use percentage year by year.  Moving from paper to digital documents is a critical step in the digital transformation that companies have to take in order to provide tremendous benefits for the safety of our planet, and we are committed to maintaining this conversation by focusing on our steps towards sustainable and green initiatives.

By 2022 we will reduce the adoption and environmental impact of non-recyclable waste used in our organisation by 25%.

Reduce environmental impact through optimising internal operations and innovative solutions.

Measures & Targets

In 2022 we will mobilize an additional investment to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable environment. We are committed to eliminating plastic use internally and using only recyclable supplies. As of 2021 we are terminating use of plastic water bottles by installing a water cooler that has been manufactured with sustainable materials, with compliance to the European directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. We will continue to further improve our metrics to prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health.
