We believe in equal opportunities, focusing on achievements rather than gender differentiation, and recognize the importance of eliminating the pay gap. We promote an inclusive workforce that supports meaningful jobs with equal pay for work of equal value. With a culturally sensitive and attentive approach being our priority, we will contract 50% women providing equal pay across all departments by 2021.

To equip our employees with the additional skills and resources they need to succeed and reach their development goals, we will provide training and upskilling of their choice. We believe that by dedicating 20% of work time to soft skills development, our team can untap their potential. We will achieve this improvement in the quality of the workforce by the end of 2022.

Throughout the global health crisis, Ad Maiora maintained 100% of the workforce in remote working. We plan to implement a Hybrid Working model (70% remote / 30% in presence) even after overcoming the pandemic outbreak.

Metrics & Targets

We care about the safety and commodity of our employees and take their well-being seriously. When global pandemic occurred, businesses were forced to adopt almost overnight, and we have been able to successfully maintain our operations flow in 100% remote working. We embraced technological disruption by investing in agile platforms that provided our workforce with a better working environment. We are committed to promoting flexibility of governance by providing our employees an option of Hybrid Working on their demand. We believe that significantly increasing access to communication technologies for our employees, partners, and clients will lead further the country’s digital transformation.

By 2022 we will reduce the adoption and environmental impact of non-recyclable waste used in our organisation by 25%.

Objectives

Reduce environmental impact through optimising internal operations and innovative solutions.

Metrics & Targets

In 2022 we will mobilize an additional investment to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable environment. We are committed to eliminating plastic use internally and using only recyclable supplies. As of 2021 we are terminating use of plastic water bottles by installing a water cooler that has been manufactured with sustainable materials, with compliance to the European directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. We will continue to further improve our metrics to prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health.

Ad Maiora will promote sustainability by accelerating its digital transition with a sustainable approach. By 2025 Ad Maiora will be 75% paperless.

Objectives

By embracing technology we will drive our business efforts and innovations across the industry to accelerate digital transition with a sustainable approach.

Metrics & Targets

As longtime participants in the digital industry, we are continuing our shift towards advancement of technology and reducing paper use as much as possible in our business processes. We have invested in IT and AI tech solutions, we use E-Signature and Digital Identity for necessary administrative actions. And with Italian Government taking steps to further develop e-government features, we hope to further decrease our paper use percentage year by year.  Moving from paper to digital documents is a critical step in the digital transformation that companies have to take in order to provide tremendous benefits for the safety of our planet, and we are committed to maintaining this conversation by focusing on our steps towards sustainable and green initiatives.

Reduction of carbon emission by actively promoting sustainable electric transportation.

Metrics & Targets

We are dedicated to taking steps towards sustainable and green initiatives. To promote the reduction of carbon emission and prioritize environmentally friendly sustainable transportation Ad Maiora purchased an electric corporate car with the aim to use it for meetings with clients around the city.  We believe that incorporating Hybrid Working protocol, that implies our employees working remotely 70% of the time will positively contribute to even further reduction of our carbon footprint.
