Uche is an executive and global technology leader with unique technical skills in innovation, capital investment, industrial automation, the internet, cybersecurity, software development, cloud architecture, and strategic emerging technology leadership.

He held senior/executive management roles at Oracle, Cavendish Management Resource (Senior Executive Director), Verizon/MCI/UUNET, Freddie Mac, and an Entrepreneur CEO at SifaCore Technology LLC. A University of Virginia Masters’ Degree holder in systems engineering and other programs Harvard Business School and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Uche worked with international internet governing bodies such ARIN, ICANN, and Regional RIRs on policy-making; Based on performance, he was nominated in 2006 for the ICANN (Internet main governing body) Executive Board of Directors.
