Tom Casey is the Founder and Managing Principal of Discussion Partner Collaborative a global Advisory firm with over 200 Consultants.
An expert in the development of organizational transformation strategies for rapidly growing multinational or transitioning organizations, he has consulted in over 20 countries and virtually every economic sector.
Tom is the author of over 500 articles, books, and blogs that have been published in a range of magazines, periodicals, and social media sites. He also authored eight books including five “best sellers” including his most recent book is Leadership Development-The New Curve To Flatten!
Prior to founding Discussion Partners Tom held senior Partner and Board level positions with firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur D. Little, Harbridge House Inc.. Buck Consultants and The Concours Group inclusive of expatriate assignments in London, Prague, and Caracas.
Tom has a bachelor of education degree from the University of Alaska. He also holds M.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Rivier University. He is a graduate of the Yale School of Management Executive Management Program.
Tom is both a United States Air Force and Army Special Operations veteran. He retired from the Army Reserve as a Colonel. Tom presently maintains residences in both the United States and Peru.
