Takeo Harada is a former Japanese career diplomat (Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau, Northeast Asia Division, North Korea Team leader); voluntarily retired in 2005. Since the founding of RIJAG and IISIA, he has devoted his time to expanding “Information Literacy” research and education in various fields through seminars, writings, and lectures in Japan and abroad. He has been a member of the G20 CEO Advisory Group for the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) since 2017. He and IISIA`s research department publish a research analysis report every day, which has also been published on Thomson Reuters since July 2015.
