Victor is a co-founder of Dress Green, a social enterprise based in Hong Kong. He has been passionate in solving social and environmental problems through entrepreneurship since 2013 when he volunteered in a social enterprises consultancy project collaboratively organized by The Hong Kong Council of Social Services and City University of Hong Kong. He was impressed by how a social enterprise can empower people and generate sustainable social impacts. Before founding Dress Green, He was an audit manager in KPMG Hong Kong.

Victor serves in different NGOs in Hong Kong. He is the President of Hong Kong Inheritage Foundation, which promotes the “Time Bank” initiative in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area in China. He is also Advisor on Strategic Development of Asia-Pacific Etiquette & Education Association, Honorary Secretary of Junior Chamber International Lantau, and Founding Committee Member of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao-Bay Area Economic and Trade Association. He served as speaker and facilitator in social enterprises workshops for The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, and business consultant and competition judge for Enactus.

Victor holds various professional qualification, including Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst from The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies, Certified Public Accountant from Hong Kong Institute of Public Accountants, and Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional from The Chartered Governance Institute. He holds MSc in Business Analytics from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and BBA (Hons) in Accountancy and Management Information System from City University of Hong Kong.
