Sir Ronald Cohen is a pioneering social innovator, investor and philanthropist who is driving forward the global Impact Revolution. He is Chair of the International Foundation for Valuing Impacts (IFVI), an independent non-profit organization building and scaling the practice of impact valuation and accounting. Sir Ronald also serves as President of the GSG Impact. He is a co-founder of Social Finance UK, USA and Israel, and co-founder Chair of Bridges Fund Management and Better Society Capital. He chaired the G8 Social Impact Investment Taskforce (2013-2015), the UK Social Investment Taskforce (2000 – 2010) and the UK’s Commission on Unclaimed Assets (2005-2007). In 2012 he received the Rockefeller Foundation’s Innovation Award for innovation in social finance.

Sir Ronald was the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Apax Partners Worldwide LLP (1972 – 2005) and co-founder and Chairman of the British Venture Capital Association a co-founder of the European Venture Capital Association.

Sir Ronald is the author of “Impact: Reshaping Capitalism to Drive Real Change” – a Wall Street Journal Bestseller that has been translated into more than 10 languages and “The Second Bounce of the Ball”.
