Romy Cahyadi is a co-founder and CEO of Instellar, a purpose-driven company that helps entrepreneurs be more impactful, sustainable, and scalable. Working with various philanthropic organizations, corporate, international NGOs, and government, Instellar has in 5 years supported over 250 impact-driven startups in 18 provinces in Indonesia by working with corporate and international organizations from Korea, Singapore, and European countries. Romy was recently awarded a Fellow by Social Enterprise Research Academy in Hong Kong in 2018. In 2020, Instellar was awarded Presidential Award by International Council on Small Business for its role in supporting micro and small enterprises.
