Preston McIntyre is the Co-founder of Holding Space AD, a pipeline consultancy founded in the heart of Abu Dhabi, which serves as a bridge between the UAE and global technology firms. Mr. McIntyre is also the Executive Chairman of PLM Holdings Ltd, based in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Preston is also the Founder and Principal of AGSSME, a sports investment platform with strategic partnerships with the NBPA, NFL, NBA, U.S Olympic Committee, and UAE Sports Council.
Preston has previously served as adviser of soft diplomacy programs with Hedayah, formally known as the Center of Excellence for Countering Violent Extremism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was also a trainer and senior adviser for CICPA, then referred to as the Critical National Infrastructure Authority (CNIA), during its inception and transition periods. Preston also worked closely as a senior adviser on security policy with the Abu Dhabi Police. Preston is the Director of International Relations for Archeron Group, a world-leading A.I platform focusing on healthcare, defense, agtech, space, and banking. Preston is an Ambassador to the Middle East for the UN Global Sustainability Index Institute, a foundation which senior UN Executives initiated, financial market experts, business leaders, and academics as an independent, stand-alone entity designed to raise funds and educate, initiate, and support SDG based programs.
Preston founded the UAE Sports Ambassadors Program (UAE SAP) has mentored over 4000 young adults using music, arts, sports, and culture as a vehicle for social inclusion programs. Preston is the founder of the Lighthouse Youth Spirit Foundation, a platform for investing in youth business plans. Preston serves as a board member and executive director of Global Mission UAE, a non-profit, joint partnership between the UAE and Japan that focuses on food and water security. Moreover, Preston launched a campaign to support women empowerment and job creation for underprivileged young women in Afghanistan by mentoring and encouraging trade education. Lastly, Preston serves as a member of the Vatican’s Pontifical Council of Integral Human Development Covid-19 Security Task Force. He has advised the Holy See on Nuclear Proliferation and its Digital Economies 4.0 Strategy.
