An international lawyer, Paulo Giordani studied law in the UK and practiced real estate law with a leading Italian firm, gaining over ten years’ experience in trusts, business (real estate, commercial), banking finance, and financial transactions. He is a chartered accountant, registered as a solicitor in the UK and qualified to practise before the European Court of Justice and the General Court of the EU. His clients include banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, investment funds and leading international corporations. He advises on capital structuring, corporate governance and corporate restructuring.
Since 2018, he has held the position of President of the International Diplomatic Institute.
