Nicholas’s operational and managerial experience in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 private sectors, along with Governmental sectors has given him a key working knowledge of business and the ability to identify and amplify solutions for industry as a whole.
Nicholas has held C-Suite and Operational Leadership positions in the past, with his most recent position as Chief Operating Officer for an innovative pharmaceutical company in Australia. With the added experience in the management and oversight of international business operations, Nicholas is best suited to manage and apply iRefer’s inclusive agenda across its global operations.
Nicholas holds multiple qualifications in Business and Management, and has also undertaken executive education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States.
