Mohamed is the co-founder and CEO of BELEAP®. As a hands-on and passionate entrepreneur, he is committed to accomplishing BELEAP’s® vision by delivering value to professionals, organizations, and society as a whole through innovative services and meaningful changes for a shared and better future.

Before co-founding BELEAP®, Mohamed built a 17+ years entrepreneurial track record, helping organizations deliver on their strategically essential and high-impact transformations through advising, project management, interim-management, and financial and organizational expertise. These transformations are part of a broader ever-accelerating transition to a more digitized society. The competitive landscape, customer behavior, governance structures, regulations, and demographics are going through disruptive changes.

Mohamed built a vast wealth of experience in managing complex and dynamic processes, leading diverse teams, and implementing change programs in organizations varying from listed companies to fast-growing small-medium enterprises. Furthermore, he acquired sector expertise in finance, professional services, retail, government, health, real estate, and trade.

Mohamed is fortunate and dedicated to helping organizations become more resilient for whatever tomorrow brings. He believes that now is more important than ever, to put forward solutions, aiming to empower and make independent professionals more resilient for whatever the future of professionals or work brings. He believes that resilient professionals serve clients better, which contributes to a better and more equitable society.
