With over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions, Marie-Eve Schroeder is one of the most experienced executives in the consumer goods and media industry. The topics of digital transformation, sustainability, and diversity are particularly close to her heart. Since 2019 she is Group Director at Facebook DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and responsible for the verticals CPG, Pharma, Auto & Mobility, and Financial Services and Travel. Marie-Eve is a member of the Advisory Board of Carl Kühne KG (GmbH & Co.), leading in Delicatessen and Sauces. She serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Plastic Bank Foundation. Its mission is to rid our oceans of environmental pollution by collecting plastic from the oceans and recycling it to support local communities. From 2007 – 2019 Marie-Eve was the global CMO/CDO at Henkel and responsible for the Beauty Care business. During this time, she founded the Schwarzkopf Million Chances initiative and led the digital transformation. From 1997 – 2007 Marie-Eve held global and regional management positions at Procter & Gamble and Wella in the Professional Division. She received her Master in Business Administration at the EM Lyon Business School.
