Klaus Rainer Kirchhoff has been a consultant in Investor Relations, ESG/Corporate Social Responsibility, and Capital Markets since 1989.
He studied law at the University of Hamburg. He was a research assistant at the Institute for Integrations Research at the Europa-Kolleg before becoming assistant to the chairman of the board of a medium-sized company. Since 1988, he has practiced as a lawyer. In 1994, he became the founder of his own company Kirchhoff Consult, a leading consultancy for ESG, Reporting and IPOs in the EMEA Region.
He initiates the regular “Good Company Ranking”, editor of numerous publications, and is a sought-after speaker at home and abroad. since 2020 he is Ambassador of the International Integrated Reporting Council in Germany. Klaus Rainer Kirchhoff was the Honorary Consul General of Romania in the five northern German states for more than 10 years.
