Jane is a leading authority on Kindness Capitalism, kind innovation, and the technology of kindness. She is the founder and CEO of Peacebeam, a global digital platform with 250,000 users in 47 countries. Peacebeam’s meditations and digital products help users minimize stress, gain clarity, and amplify kindness at home and at work. Jane is a former managing director at Mayfair Venture Capital. At their peak, she managed a USD 100 million fund where she had seven successful exits that collectively amounted to USD 300M.
During a pivotal moment in her career as a venture capitalist, she realized the deep limitations in traditional business models where success was the result of ruthless competition. Through her newest business Peacebeam, Jane focuses on harnessing the power of collaborative kindness in achieving sustainable business growth and success. She is pioneering KinderPay, a researched-based disruptive and innovative approach where her customers pay with kindness.
She is the author of The Path of the Entrepreneur, Understanding Your Shadow, commissioned by the London School of Economics (LSE). She also serves as a mentor and adviser for LSE Generate, which is the School’s entrepreneurship hub where their primary goal is to inspire and educate their students and alumni to create socially-responsible businesses that make a lasting global impact.
She graduated from Trinity College, Dublin with a Bachelor of Law and from the University of Westminster with a Masters in Law and Venture Capital. She is qualified to practice law in the UK, Ireland and New York.
