Henrik Jones founded Buckhill Capital to make alternative investments in 1999.  Buckhill invests in companies on a mission to create resource efficiency, educate people for work, and build resilient communities.  Buckhill is currently focused on supply chain management in the consumer products sector and online platforms that give people consideration for their data.

 Previously, Jones founded and managed the Real Assets Portfolio at Hall Capital Partners that grew to $1.3 billion under his management.  He has helped launch a number of startups, including Answers.com (Co- Founder and CEO),  BBrooks Fine Flowers (CEO), and InterMedia Partners (Partner).  He started his career as a banker at JP Morgan.

Jones is on the boards of Higg Co, Edible Schoolyard Project and Human Needs Project as well as a Partner of Gratitude Railroad.  Previously, he was on the boards of SFFILM and Leadership Public Schools as well as investment committees of Marin Country Day School and Gateway High School.   Jones received a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
