Since 08/2016 until now Dr. Rokytsky chairs the Supervisory Board at the Ukrainian Institute of Public Diplomacy with responsibility for the international development strategy, government and public relations, communication with international donors. While the Institute co-runs the Foreign Affairs Ukraine, Dr. Rokytsky sits on the Board of the magazine since 07/2018 until now.

Simultaneously, since 08/2020 he is the Adviser to the Committee Chairman of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine Committee on Economic Development.

Since 09/2015  till 07/2018 Mr. Rokytsky was an Associate Professor, European Humanities University (Lithuania) at the Faculty of Social-Political Studies. Lecturer, authoring several courses (Law) and mentoring students (Cultural Heritage). Prior to that, in 1999-2003 Mr. Rokytsky had been  lecturing at Ukrainian Center of Advanced Legal Studies, (UCALS at Kyiv Shevchenko University) and Kyiv Mohyla Academy.

In 2009–2015 Dr. Rokytsky worked as an International Adviser to the World Bank Group, EMENA. Before that, in 2002-2009, he held Board positions with responsibility for Governance, Regulatory and Compliance matters in financial sector institutions in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, while back in 1996-99 he worked at Ukrainian-European Policy and Legal Advice Center as Senior Adviser on the trade and investment policy.
