Banu Aydoğan worked for Turkey’s first private television (Magic Box), Star TV, ATV, Akbank, Koç Holding Information Technologies Group and Doğuş Publishing Group. She worked as the Corporate Communications Director of Koç Holding Information Technologies Group, which is one of the most valuable experiences of her business life. Leader Communications, Crisis Communications, Reputation Management, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Social Influence, Corporate Culture Management and Sustainability are mainly focused areas within than period of time.
She keeps on going strategic communications consultancy, which she started in 2015 when she lived in U.S.A.
She gives seminars on the social impact of climate change. Otherwise, writes articles on corporate culture, employee experience and communication strategies in PY (PERYÖN) Magazine.
Aydoğan took part in the Inter-city Competitiveness Index Studies of URAK International Competition Research Institution.
She has been working as an Executive Board Member of WWF Türkiye.
She is a Member of the Advisory Board of a German-based sustainable agriculture and natural food organization, as well.
Most recently, she established Kemalden_ anything sustainable, an ecosystem where products and services produced on the basis of sustainability meet.
Aydoğan has received awards both in Turkey and abroad in areas such as ‘Reputation and Brand Management’, ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’, ‘Sustainability’ and ‘Corporate Culture and Internal Communications”.
Banu Aydoğan is the owner of “Woman in Business of the Year” award at the United States based Stevie awards, the most prestigious and only global award program covering all areas of the business world.
She graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Communication and Radio-TV- Cinema Vocational Faculty.
She speaks advanced English & German.
