| President and CEO

Andrew Glazier is the CEO and President of Defy Ventures, a national non-profit focused on entrepreneurship, employment, and personal development for currently and formerly incarcerated men, women and young adults. Defy Ventures has enrolled more than 6,000 Entrepreneurs in Training in prison and post-release programming, engaged more than 6,300 volunteers, and supported the launch of more than 150 businesses. Defy offers programming across 8 states.

Andrew holds a B.A from Pomona College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
