Alicia Miller is the Executive Director of the Women’s Fund of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. She previously served as the Second Chance Director for the Ohio Justice & Policy Center, where she led the agency’s work to provide direct legal assistance and policy advocacy to expand the ability of people with criminal records to advance employment, education, safe and affordable housing, and community reintegration. She is deeply familiar with the systemic issues facing marginalized women in Cincinnati. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a public defender and Assistant Misdemeanor Division Chief for the Marion County Public Defender Agency. Throughout her career, Alicia has been committed to her clients and advocating for their rights. She is passionate about remedying barriers faced by marginalized individuals.
