Before joining Imperative 21, Akira was a co-founder of A/B Partners, a design agency that creates breakthrough insights, creative, and campaigns to help leaders in every sector transform how power works and who it works for. He is currently a Senior Advisor for Impact Frontiers, a global learning and innovation collaboration of leading impact investors. Akira brings a global perspective to narrative change work, born in Spain to Spanish and Japanese parents, and a lifetime living in many diverse environments around the world. Akira is based in New York City.
