Aisha Raheem is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Farmz2U. With over 12 years of experience in Strategy, Project Management and Operations, she facilitates project implementation with strategic partners, business development initiatives and corporate engagements. As a Fellow at Harambeans she is committed to building Africa’s future. She is also a member of the Endeavor African Agri-tech Scale Up program, supported by FMO Entrepreneurial Bank, and the global Techstars entrepreneurial ecosystem. With a deep focus on delivering impact socially and environmentally, she is a signatory of the United Nations’ Women Empowerment Principles and a member of Rothschild’s Council for Inclusive Capitalism.
As an Economics graduate from the University of London, Queen Mary and an Advanced Dip MA Accountant at CIMA, she has skills in strategy development and financial management. Also, through a career in asset management, including Schroders as a Project Manager and SEI Investments as an Institutional Client Service Associate, she is an expert in product development, finance and operations. Using these skills, she supports implementation of the vision, mission and values of Farmz2U while ensuring our product fulfils the needs of key stakeholders including smallholder farmers and suppliers.
