Diversify staff

Fortis Lux Financial will promote employee diversity and inclusion by increasing women and minorities in our workforce by 20% by the end of 2023 and deliver 50 financial plans to clients belonging to minority groups within 3 years to help close the racial wealth gap.
Protect the environment
bp aims to enhance biodiversity around their existing major operating sites, with 100% of major operating sites implementing enhancement plans by 2030.
Inclusive hiring opportunities
Bank of America’s Pathways Program is a 5-year commitment to hire 10,000 individuals from low- and moderate-income neighborhoods into the bank’s Consumer and Small Business division, and to provide skills training.
